Life Is Sacred
Every human life bears the image of God. Human dignity does not depend on age, ability, usefulness, status or approval.
What we believe
When we forget who God is, we forget who we are. When identity becomes something to invent, perform or purchase, children become vulnerable to every counterfeit that promises belonging, safety or significance.
Sacred Stewardship exists to call people back to truth, responsibility and the sacred worth of every human being.
Who is shaping us?
A child is being told who they are every day, by family, friends, school, entertainment, pornography, social media, advertisers and algorithms. These influences do not simply deliver content. They form desire, normalize behavior and teach children what love, freedom, beauty, sex and human worth are supposed to mean.
If families and churches are not deliberate about formation, the culture will gladly do it for us.
Truth is not a trend
We believe God is the source of truth and that His design is good. Truth is not a weapon for condemning people. It is the ground beneath our feet and the light that leads us out of bondage. Love without truth abandons people to confusion. Truth without love forgets the heart of Jesus. We are called to both.
Who you are and Whose you are
The world tells us to build an identity from appearance, achievement, sexuality, status and approval. Christ offers something stronger: an identity rooted in what He has already done.
In Him, we are accepted, not because we performed perfectly. We are secure, not because life is painless, but because He will not abandon us. We are significant, not because the world applauds us, but because we were created with purpose.
I belong. I am safe in His hands. I matter.
Sex is sacred
Sex is not a product, performance or recreational appetite. It joins bodies, hearts, stories and futures. Our culture promised liberation by separating sex from covenant, responsibility and human dignity. Instead, it produced an economy of consumption in which bodies are marketed, attention is monetized and even children are treated as content.
We reject shame. We also reject the lie that anything desired must therefore be good. Sexual integrity is not repression; it is freedom from being ruled by appetite. Through Christ there is forgiveness, healing and the power to become new.
Grace does not cancel justice
We believe survivors deserve to be heard, protected and supported. Institutions must report abuse, preserve evidence, obey the law and refuse to hide harm in order to protect reputations. Those who exploit or abuse others must be held accountable and prevented from continuing the harm.
We also believe no person is beyond the reach of God. Repentance is more than remorse. It tells the truth, accepts consequences, makes restitution where possible and produces lasting change. Grace is never permission to place another person in danger.
Devices are not neutral
Our devices can serve good purposes, but many digital platforms are engineered to capture attention, collect intimate data, stimulate compulsion and turn human vulnerability into profit. Children should not have to outsmart systems built by thousands of adults to keep them engaged.
Privacy is not paranoia. It is protection. Digital sovereignty means families have the right and responsibility to decide what enters their homes, what data leaves them and which technologies are worthy of trust.
Technology is a tool, not a teacher, parent, pastor, friend or source of identity. It’s time to put technology back in its proper place, and put God, people and relationships back at the center.
The spiritual warfare foundation
The enemy works through lies, deception and temptation. His aim is always to distort what God created, fracture relationships and convince people that bondage is liberty. Our response is not hatred or panic. We fight for people, not against them.
Not people. “We do not wrestle against flesh and blood…”Ephesians 6:12
Through lies, deception and temptation. Jesus calls Satan “the father of lies.”John 8:44
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”James 4:7
The full armor of God: the belt of truth • the breastplate of righteousness • feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace • the shield of faith • the helmet of salvation • the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God • and prayer in the Spirit on all occasionsEphesians 6:10–18
People are not the enemy. We fight lies with Truth. We fight darkness with Light. We fight temptation by submitting to God. We fight bondage by walking in freedom.
The eight pillars · What we believe is sacred
Every human life bears the image of God. Human dignity does not depend on age, ability, usefulness, status or approval.
A child is not a user, a commodity, a metric or a data set. A child is made in the image of God, worthy of innocence, dignity, privacy, protection and adults willing to lead.
Marriage is not a cage built around love. It is a covenant that gives love a home, a place to be fully known, faithfully chosen and formed through sacrifice, forgiveness and grace.
The family is a child’s first place of formation. Families do not need to be perfect. They need truth, presence, prayer, support and the courage to begin again.
Sex is powerful, unitive and life-giving, created by God for covenant. We teach sexual integrity without shame and freedom without deception.
Body, mind and spirit are entrusted to us by God. Sleep, rest, attention and emotional well-being are not ours to trade for engagement. We steward our health as an act of worship.
Money is a tool entrusted to us by God, not a measure of worth. We steward resources with integrity, wisdom and generosity, free from greed, debt and the pressure to buy belonging.
What we buy, sell and build shapes the culture our children inherit. We support businesses that protect children, respect privacy and put people before profit, and refuse to fund harm.
Human beings are not products.
